• By using our partner GPS Manufacturers(s) for all your GPS monitoring through our unique dealer program, we will save dealers on their monitoring costs and supply you a strong Internet exposure on over 60+ GPS Web sites. We forward all leads from our GPS and monitoring Internet sites to our associates, provide you with Web space and help you market on the Internet. Many more exciting services are under development for our group in the near future.

What do we require?

GPS dealers coming into our GPS Affiliates network agree to use our partner GPS Manufacturers as their primary monitoring station for monitoring their accounts.

• All GPS Affiliates agree to conduct business in a professional manner providing quality work and services to all customers in a timely fashion.

• GPS Affiliates will be honest and ethical in all business dealings and be respectful of the customer and their needs. Dishonesty by any member will not be tolerated.

• All GPS Affiliates will be fully insured bonded and licensed (if applicable in your state). If you install any fire systems, you must be fire licensed. All associates will add RGS Technologies and GPS Affiliates as an "also insured" on their basic E&O policies.

GPS Affiliates and partners are here to help the smaller GPS independent dealers compete against the large corporations and their "mass marketing" strategy. By utilizing the Internet, we can provide a community where alarm dealers and the public can interact with each other.

Why use our partner GPS Manufacturers?

Signing up and using our partner GPS products is the only way to join our group. Our partner GPS Manufacturers provides us with state-of-the-art monitoring services including web based access for GPS customers.

GPS Affiliates can receive additional discounts discounts on equipment and monitoring through our group. As an affiliate, you will be getting a strong Internet exposure and all leads coming into our group of Web sites.

Find new customers

For the public, GPS Affiliates and SmartMonitoring Group of branded Web sites will be a known place on the Internet where customers can find help, information and resources for GPS products and services. We offer customers coming to our group of Web sites affordable GPS and tracking services from our network of independent dealers.

For the dealer, we will have a select web site where you can interact with the public by providing answers in our help forums and providing GPS services to new customers who find you through our Internet marketing program.

Dealers will be listed on our main Web sites and a large group of GPS related domains (Many of our sites are keywords for search engines: Sites under development include gpsanywhere.com, NationwideMonitoring.com, Nationwidetracking.com Etc...) We will soon have up to 100+ satellite Web sites on the Internet. We are starting to get high listing on the search engines for certain keywords (depending on keywords and search engine). We receive several requests per week for dealers even though we just started promoting our services!

We are looking to offer business services and GPS products on several of our Web sites and through retail outfits. Retailers partnering with us that sell our GPS products will look to our dealers for service and monitoring.

All customers looking for GPS services and monitoring through our Web sites will be directed to our associates.

Dealer Benefits:

With our group, you will not give up any control of your business. You can think of our group as more of a Co-Op. Companies and dealers joining GPS Affiliates are considered members of a select group of GPS professionals banding together to get group rates on products and services, while building up your business through Internet sites and our association with the public.

Membership:

Non-Member: (Dealers not looking to be listed on our sites)

Dealers using our GPS Manufacturers Services only. There is no membership fee for coming in to our partner GPS Manufacturers through our group. Non-members will have access to all our discounted monitoring services, but will not be listed on any Web sites. Non-members will have access to all special pricing and discounts from our partners. Non-members have access to all partner products and services and can be listed on sites pertaining to that product as a reseller.

All companies must have insurance, be bonded and licensed if necessary along with 3+ years experience in the GPS and alarm industries.

Regular Member:

All dealers coming into our partner GPS Manufacturers by applying through GPS Affiliates are automatically a regular GPS Affiliate member and will get listings throughout our GPS domains. Members will also get access to all special pricing and discounts from our suppliers and partners. Dealers will also get leads coming into the GPS Manufacturers as a GPS Affiliate member. All companies providing GPS systems and monitoring of life safety systems must have insurance, be bonded and licensed if necessary along with 3+ years experience in the GPS and alarm industries or a key person supervising with 3 years experience.

Members will be listed on our main group of GPS Web sites. Dealers using our partners services for medical monitoring, Internet Monitoring, Remote Video, GPS, GPS Tracking and other services will be listed on additional Web sites pertaining to our partners product.

Affiliates get all leads from customers in the dealers area. For more than one dealer in an area, leads will be rotated.

There are a lot of "Dealer Programs" on the Internet (most run by GPS Manufacturers) that will give you listings on 1-2 Web sites with no promotion. We are not a GPS Manufacturers, nor do we plan on becoming one. We will not buy or sell accounts, but we can try to match buyers with sellers. We are a true dealer program with no hidden agenda. We will make our income from getting bulk pricing from the GPS Manufacturers and passing the savings to our GPS associates with a small percentage coming back to us from the GPS Manufacturers to run the program and expand our Internet presence. This will bring us more customers coming into our sites and buying products and services from from our affiliates and more accounts for the GPS Manufacturers. This is a win-win situation for all involved in this venture...

Dealers must agree to follow our guidelines of professional conduct. You agree to use our approved GPS Manufacturers and (If you opt to participate in our Internet specials), to charge the prices for products/monitoring we have listed on our special Web sites.

We are in negotiations with select companies that will give us special pricing on specialized products and services that you can offer as part of your regular GPS offerings (home arrest, GPS, background and credit checks, drug screening, etc..). We will soon be approaching large retail and Internet companies that may be looking to offer GPS products. By partnering with a network of GPS professionals like us, they have access to monitoring services and technical support for their customer base.
